|Breaded Fish Burger|

- 1 package of Breaded Fish Burger Nativ(300 g)
- 2 hamburger breads cut in half
- 4 tablespoons of ketchup
- 4 slices of mozzarella cheese
- 1 large grated carrot
- 4 cooked quail eggs cut in rounds
- 1 cherry tomato cut in rounds
Preheat the oven to 230ºC for 10 minutes. Remove the hamburgers still frozen from the package, arrange them in a baking pan, and place in the oven for about 30 minutes, flipping them over at half of the time to brown equally all around.
In the mean time, spread 1 tablespoon of ketchup onto each half of the bread and add a slice of cheese on top. At about 3 minutes before the hamburger are ready, put the bread into the oven so that the cheese melts and the bread becomes a little bit toasted. Remove them from the oven and fit the hamburger over the bread.Garnish: use a carrot to make the hair, make the eyes and nose with the wail eggs, the mouth with half of the one cherry tomato round. Serve with salad of lettuce and cherry tomatoes and grated carrot, seasoned to taste.
