INAUGURATION OF THE COURSE OF GASTRONOMY
On 01/06/2011 – Nativ participated with great satisfaction in the inauguration of the course of Gastronomy at the University Estacio de Sá.
This event brought us great possibilities for the food service area in addition to exposing the brand Nativ to students (future opinion leaders) and great professionals.
We made a display of whole fish, and also tasting cuts of fillets of Amazonian Pintado and Tambaqui Ribs, coordinated by Mariangela - Food Service Manager, Marcelo Eiger - R & D Manager and Danielli Neves - Marketing Supervisor.
Among those present were great chefs such as Alain Ducasse, Laurent Sudeau, Ben Richard, Fabrice Lenude, among others.
Thanks in particular to chef Fernando Corsi who prepared our delicious products!
